For upper body strength, we use a precision hand dynamometer to measure grip strength accurately. This simple yet highly informative test provides insight into overall muscle function, detects imbalances between hands, and highlights areas that may affect daily activities or athletic performance.

For a deeper look at both upper and lower body performance, our Biodex system evaluates how your muscles generate force and how your joints move through different ranges of motion. It identifies strength deficits, side-to-side imbalances, and areas where flexibility or stability may be limited. By combining these measurements, we can create targeted programs to restore balance, build strength, and improve functional mobility. Handgrip Strength
